Towels smelled bad and unwashed. Owner claimed it’s due to the dryer. Changed for us and they smelt equally bad. Bathroom was also clogged, sink, bidet and kitchenette were leaking. Owner fixed it the next day, but still. We had to shower in inch deep of dirty bath water the first night. Bring your own towel if you decide to stay. Parking is also a hassle and payment is required. Overall not a very good stay.

The WORST WORST WORST hotel ever. First toilet and bedroom smell ‘hapak’. For toilet it smelly because all the cleaning stuff was put there. The mop that they just used was there so it smell so bad. Also you paid for 60 for cleaning fee but it got some hair at toilet. For bedroom is was smelly because they renovate the bedroom and it was ‘tertutup’ so the smell was keep there. The matress is not clean and they use the matress that other guest use before because it got hair and smelly. The pillow is hard like rock (please do not spend your money here. Better go to cheap hotel instead because the pillow is much comfortable). Sofa is the worst, hard like rock and cannot sit at all because it hard and give pain. Also it looks like they took the sofa from trash because it was smelly, hard, ugly and cannot sit at all. Balcony is also dirty like i show in the picture. They also put their renovate stuff like door upstair (refer picture). Feels like you stay at cheap place. Toilet very small and smelly because all the cleaning stuff. The tiles very dirty. THEY DON’T PROVIDE TOILETERIES STUFF. Also i have to ask for freshner because it smell so bad at toilet and room. Please don’t be fool with the picture you saw. It was so different. I forgot to take picture but in the bedroom only have matress and hanger they provide i think they take it from trash because it is so dirty. They don’t make an effort at all for this hotel. I feel like i was cheated. Also the cleaner know the door passcode and she just enter the room without my permission. This room doesn’t safe at all. You can get stolen anytime. The owner not responsible at all. After all the complaining, he can just offer refund but take 60 for cleaning fee. ALSO I ALWAYS GO TO HOTEL/AIRBNB BUT THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GO TO PLACE THAT COST RM160 BUT THEY DON’T PROVIDE WIFI AT ALL. EVEN CHEAP HOTEL THAT I GO PROVIDE WIFI FOR THEIR GUEST. I BEGGING PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO FEEL THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

The worst stay ever. Toilet and fridge very dirty and smelly, projector can't even watch movie (no signal), chair spoilt.
